All orders that are in-stock will be shipped within 2 business days, with weekend orders being processed the following Monday. Our warehouse is closed during major U.S. holidays.

Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground for U.S. orders and UPS Priority Mail International for international orders (see below for more information on international orders). For U.S. and most international orders we provide expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped from the U.S. and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship and materials in each one. And that's why we created our Wander More Worry Less Guarantee, so you can focus on where you are and not on what you're carrying. We (really) want you to be happy, so please reach out with whatever concern you have and we promise we'll make it right!

Our Warranty

For as long as you (the original owner) own the product, we will provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover general wear and damage or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes rips, burns, tears and damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.

Yes, your pack will wear over time, but we will make sure the workmanship and materials are top notch, or we will repair or replace it.

We have partnered with a reliable international shipping service (UPS), but unfortunately WANDRD cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to the unknowns involved with trans-border shipping. Customs can delay, refuse to process, lose or impose unanticipated customs or duties to international shipments at their discretion. Shipments can be returned to us or lost in transit with no reasons indicated. Other possible reasons for delay that are out of our control are weather, labor strikes and volume peaks.

International shipments are typically delivered in 3-15 business days depending on the service, but can sometimes take as long as 3-4 weeks depending on the factors listed above. If your order is delayed for any reason we will do everything we can to make it right. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Customs & Duties: Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These taxes, duties, and fees vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the shipment. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for more information.

Any products purchased from our website (www.wandrd.com) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase*. Pre-ordered products can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of delivery*. The item(s) must be in new condition with all packaging and tags included.

Once we receive your item(s) your money will be returned. Please note that it can take up to two weeks to process your return once the item(s) have been received.

*Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
