Austin Cope
A wearer of many hats, Austin manages operations, finance, and everything in between. He's commonly referred to as "spreadsheets guy". Iceland is the favorite country he's traveled to, he's fluent in Japanese, can fix anything, and has made 3 out of the 8 WANDRD employees cry from his incessant teasing. Austin is based in Utah.

Spencer Cope
Working out of his apartment in Manhattan, Spencer leads all of WANDRD's product design and development. In other words, he turns all of our bag dreams into reality. Summiting Mount Kilimanjaro tops his list on favorite travel memories, he's a step "cat dad", currently converting a sprinter van into his dream adventure mobile, and should never be woken up from a deep sleep.

Ryan Cope
Ryan lives and breathes all things marketing and has about 30 different projects going on at any given time. If he has to narrow it down, New Zealand tops his list of favorite travel destinations. He's been to over 40 countries, was born a few decades too late, just about got kicked out of high school for refusing to wear shoes, and his wife says he's the 2nd hottest Cope brother. Ryan is based in Utah.

Steven Stucki
If you've ever thought about selling WANDRD gear in your store, then Steven is your man. He manages all of our wholesale accounts and also makes sure that employee morale is always at least a 10 out of 10. His favorite place he's traveled to is Switzerland, always has some battle wound from mountain biking, lived in Argentina for several years, and married another WANDRD employee's high school sweetheart (though we won't say who). Steven is based in Utah.

Morgan Brechler
Social Marketing & Brand Communications Manager
Morgan works from her cabin just outside of Durango, Colorado and is our social media mastermind. From running marketing campaigns to managing our brand presence online, she makes WANDRD look cooler than we really are (jk - we're pretty cool). Morgan almost had an anxiety attack (drama queen) trying to pick her favorite travel destination because she loves all the places she's been – all for different reasons. She is almost always barefoot, happiest on horseback, and usually has mustard packets in her pockets. Seriously. She loves mustard.

Heather Parmenter
If you've ever reached out to WANDRD with a question, chances are that Heather is the one responding. She's crazy about our customers and loves going above and beyond to make them happy. She recently went to Ambergris Caye in Belize, and so far that has been her favorite travel destination. She's a lover of cats (like crazy cat lady status), photography, just about any type of 80's music, and has been known to steal her kids halloween candy. Heather is based in Idaho.

Kaycee Landsaw
When Kaycee isn't riding his motorcycle, he's creating content, designing products, and just plain being artsy fartsy for WANDRD. Anywhere along the coast of the PNW is his favorite travel destination, he rollerblades (bl8ordie), has a new baby on the way, and lives life one meal at a time. Kaycee is based in Utah.

Conner Cope
Conner is the newest WANDRD employee and helps with both customer relations and sales operations. His favorite travel destination (so far) is Peru, he's locally famous for his hugs, once took pepper spray to the face in order to win a competition, loves the outdoors, and his high school sweetheart is now another WANDRD employee's wife (though we won't say who).
