It does not cover general cosmetic wear (sport those hard-earned scratches and scuffs with pride!) or by using the item for other than its intended purpose (nope, we won't replace your bag if your crazy ex takes a chainsaw to it). But of course, if anything breaks on your bag we've got your covered.
